This site is operated by Mondo Exterior Pros, a family-owned exterior cleaning company based in Ooltewah, Tennessee, formerly trading as Chattanooga Power Washing. Its purpose is to describe the cleaning services we offer and to let you request a free estimate.
Estimates Are Not Prices
Nothing on this site is a quoted price or a binding offer. Service descriptions, surfaces listed, and the areas we serve are provided for information. The cost of a job depends on the property, the surface, the condition it is in, and access to it. A price becomes real only when we have assessed the work and given you an estimate for it, and when you accept that estimate.
Before and After Photographs
The project photographs on this site are of real work we have completed. Results vary with the material being cleaned, the type of staining, and how long it has been there. The photographs show what was achieved on those properties, not a promise of an identical outcome on yours. We will tell you what to expect on your surfaces before we start.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of error, or free of interruption, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Where the site and a written estimate disagree, the written estimate is what counts.

What You Send Us
If you attach photographs to a quote request, you confirm you are entitled to share them, and you allow us to use them to assess and carry out the work. We will ask you first before using any photograph of your property publicly.
